The amount of information regarding workouts and dieting that is readily available can be intimidating. Rather than prescribing programs that are one size fits all, Managing Movement believes that the best program is the one that gets done. While there are significant health benefits to cardiovascular and strength training, there are also serious detrimental health effects from stress. We are here to help identify the type of exercise that your body responds best to and use our tools and knowledge to progress you from there.
Whether you are a seasoned athlete looking to fall in love with exercise again, or somebody who has a chronic illness and struggles to get out of bed, we are here to meet you where you are at and progress you to where you want to be.
Whether it is the accountability, biofeedback tracking, personal training or group training, nutrition coaching, we help provide the knowledge it takes to continue heading towards your goals.
We work with athletes, chronic illness clients (particularly dysautonomia, heart conditions, lung conditions), people new to exercise, people with injuries looking to manage movement around the injury, general population, coaches/trainers looking to get a work out and learn.
